MAIL METRO MEDIA LAUNCH EVENT
Motion Tests 2
CHOSEN CREATIVE DIRECTION
Based on your preferred creative direction (styleframe option 1), we have created a series of motion tests for you to review.
These are early stage tests and will be developed further so everything animates and transitions seemlessly throughout the event.
GOALS
At this stage we’re focusing on developing the motion direction before moving into testing. This presentation is designed to:
- Share our second round of motion explorations (mostly in regard to the arcade)
- Update you on the MMM logo reveal
- Gather feedback before moving into adjustments and testing
ABSTRACT BACKGROUNDS
This has been updated based on your feedback. This abstract background animation now contains a hint of your logo. Once we have the order of play for the event we can look further into how this transitions into the Logo reveal animation.
Updated Looping Abstract Background
ARCADE
Pre-Visualisation
The Arcade space at Outernet requires calmer motion than other screens. On test day we aim to test 2 versions, both with varing speed.
Here’s a few Arcade pre-visualisations showing animation on all of the screens.
UPFRONT & CENTRE 2D LOGO REVEAL
Here’s an animated version of the Upfront & Centre logo
Later this week we will send you an updated version of the MMM logo reveal.
TEXT ANIMATION
Stage 2
Here’s the next stage of the animated text for the MMM event.
Below you can view 3 style options (based on feedback) of all of the current speakers. These are designed in such a way to make the text, as much as possible, part of the environment, whilst retaining the ability to make last minute changes to text.
KEY QUESTIONS
- Do you want to stick to just 1 text animation style throughout the event, or would you like a combination of 2 or maybe all 3 styles?
- If you decide to go with just 1 style, would you like to alternate the text colour from pink to yellow to give some variety?
Style 1
Style 2
Style 3
This is a slight variation on style 1. This has a name grid effect at the start before zooming in on name.
NEXT STEPS
- Refine the motion approach together based on your feedback
- Implement any amends, updates, or further exploration
- Plan how graphics, logos, and event information (to be supplied) will be integrated
- Updated and export the animation for the arcade experience to create a fully immersive solution
We’ll keep you closely involved as the motion develops, ensuring it stays aligned with your vision.
